awesomenauts give that awesome 80's vibe which i grew up with, but my favorite currently is bastions soundtrack.

Recently got Minecraft from the XBLA. Can't stop playing that and Awesomenauts for the music alone, therefore it has to be my choice.

I like all the soundtracks from the Ilomilo guy, he's awesome! (Commanders: Attack of the Genos and Lode Runner)

The awesomenauts title track must be the single best vocal song, and the rest of the music is very good too. Fez has probably the most atmospheric soundtrack, love that too, even more so, since I'm a child of the C64's soundchip.

The Awesomenauts soundtrack is one of the best I have heard. The kill streak songs for some of the characters are amazing. But if I were to bit an absolute favorite it would have to be Bastion.

I love Awesomenauts, and many of the tracks in it. (Which is why I want to try and win this thing!) But my most favorite soundtrack from a downloadable release so far has to be Bastion. That credits song just gives me chills~!

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game I mean you can't go wrong with Anamanaguchi. Such a great modernized throwback to that awesome gaming era that made up my childhood. But man Bastion's soundtrack was awesome too.

Nice article. I really loved the soundtrack, too.
Were you able to watch the "making of/ behind the scenes" DVD that came with the Augmented Edition? McCann talks a little about the score, saying he recorded real instruments and then digitally altered them, to give a partially organic, partially synthetic quality. Very appropriate, really.
